Returns Policy

Standard Ready Made Dresses:
May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or store credit. For your reference, a dress is considered Standard when made with a recommended color and standard sizing with no additional changes made to alter the original style of the dress.

Customised Dresses:
We do NOT refund or exchange customised garments unless the item is faulty upon receipt. If the item does not fit we can offer a FREE alteration service for simple changes ie. length of garment. However anything extensive will require an additional alteration fee. The fee will depend on the alterations involved and will vary on a case by case basis. Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct measurements are provided at the time of ordering. For your reference, a garment is considered Customised when made with a chosen fabric, personal measurements.

Please note that any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition.

  1. First, please submit an email to Styles Afrik at Info@stylesafrik.co.uk
  2. Then, we will issue you a returns form please print your Return Confirmation email, which you will receive after you submit your email, and include in your package, this will also host the address you should return the item to.
  3. The cost of your return postage fee will have to be paid for by you.
