Standard Ready Made Dresses:
May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or store credit. For your reference, a dress is considered Standard when made with a recommended color and standard sizing with no additional changes made to alter the original style of the dress.

Customised Dresses:
May be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please note that because these items have been customised, a 50% restocking fee is applied for all returned or exchanged Custom Dresses. For your reference, a dress is considered Customised when made with a chosen fabric, personal measurements changes are made to alter the original style of the dress.

Please note that any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition.

  1. First, please submit an email to Styles Afrik at Info@stylesafrik.co.uk
  2. Then, we will issue you a returns form please print your Return Confirmation email, which you will receive after you submit your email, and include in your package, this will also host the address you should return the item to.
  3. The cost of your return postage fee will have to be paid for by you. 

Shipping times vary depending on the complexity of any customisation you might order. All of our garments are made to order and making will begin the day full payment is received. We ask that you allow a total of 3-4 weeks from the purchase date, to receive your order.

Yes! You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Info@stylesafrik.co.uk with your cancellation request and order number.

We use www.myparceldelivery.com for all our deliveries, you will be sent a tracking number once your garment is complete. You can use this to successfully track your order by going to the website.

No! Unfortunately although we provide a custom service we do not provide a bespoke service. All of our designs have been carefully chosen, tested and reviewed. Our team are confident is producing these designs to a very high spec standard. Although our team is more than capable of creating a bespoke garment this is currently not our model and as we work remotely it would be difficult to finalise the design without meeting the customer.

Yes/No! Unfortunately we do not accept fabric from customers with the exception of using real woven KENTE fabric for bridal designs, If you wish to use real kente you will need to provide this to us and choose one of our designs. All of our fabrics have been quality tested during the selection process and we have also reviewed if the fabric type works with the designs. Therefore by using alternative fabric we simply could not guarantee the end result or the longevity of the garment
